The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made a submission that the writ petition was instituted on the ground that the Disciplinary Authority has not furnished the documents enabling the petitioner to defend his case. However, the documents sought for by the petitioner were furnished subsequently and the petitioner has also participated in the enquiry proceedings. Thus, the learned counsel for the petitioner has chosen to withdraw the writ petition on the instructions from the petitioner and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
