Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the orders passed by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.4176 / A3 / 2013 dated 20/04/2018 and quash the same and consequently direction may be issued to respondents to approve the petitioners appointment as Secondary Grade Teacher in 5th respondent school from the date of the joining on 02/07/2012 with all service and monetary benefits by sanctioning grant within stipulated time. ORDER:- This Revision/Appeal Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Ms. Gunaseelanmuthiah, Advocate for the Petitioner , this Court made the following order:

This sub application is filed seeking to reopen the contempt petition in Cont.P. (MD) No.1596 of 2018, which was closed on 01.04.2022.

2. During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the applicant sought permission of this Court to withdraw the application.

3. Permission is granted.

4. Accordingly, this Sub Application is dismissed as withdrawn.
