This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the respondents, directing the 1st Respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 25.07.2022 and to register a FIR on the basis of the complaint dated 15.07.2022 made to the 3rd respondent within a stipulated time fixed by this Court. .

2. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the 3rd respondent has received the said complaint and the same is pending for enquiry. The statement is recorded.

3. Recording the same, the 3rd respondent/Inspector of Police is directed to conduct enquiry upon the complaint received from the petitioner, dated 15.07.2022, on merits and in accordance with law and pass suitable orders, within a period of Four weeks, from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

4. With the above observation, this Writ petition is disposed of. No Cost.
