For Respondent : Mr.S.Manikandan Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PRAYER :- To set aside the order in Crl.M.P.No.8734 of 2023 passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli, dated 04.07.2023 and permit the petitioner to comply the condition for the period of two weeks.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner was originally granted the anticipatory bail by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli, in Cr.M.P. No.6747 of 2023, dated 31.05.2023, in which, condition was imposed upon the petitioner that he shall report and sign before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m., for two weeks.

2. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that because of the examination schedule, he could not comply the above said condition. He attended the semester exam from 1/3

30.05.2023 to 19.06.2023, but that was not brought to the notice of the Court, while passing the above said order. Seeking modification of the above said order, he has filed Cr.M.P. No.8734 of 2023 before the Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli, but that was came to be dismissed rejecting the request by the order dated 04.07.2023.

3. Considering the fact that it is the petty issue between the defacto complainant and the petitioner and also considering that because of the examination schedule only, he was not able to comply the above said condition, the petitioner shall report and sign before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m., for two weeks from tomorrow (ie.) 22.07.2023. Consequently, 15 days time is extended to execute the sureties as per the order in Cr.M.P. No.6747 of 2023, dated 31.05.2023.
