O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the first respondent / the Commissioner of Municipal Administration and Water Supply Department, Chennai, to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation, dated 03.12.2019, within a specified time frame.

2. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a representation, dated 03.12.2019, to the first respondent, for the purpose of sending the revised pension proposals to the Director of Local Fund Audit, Chennai, as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.19129 of 2020 per the order of this Court in W.P.(MD).No.15409 of 2014, dated 13.11.2019. But, no steps have been taken by the respondents and for the past one year, the matter is pending. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing this writ petition.

4. Mr.R.Murugaraj, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents and submitted that the representation of the petitioner, dated 03.12.2019, will be considered by the first respondent, on merits and in accordance with law.

5. Considering the above said submissions, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 03.12.2019, on merits and in accordance with law and send the revised pension proposals to the Director of Local Fund Audit, Chennai, taking into consideration of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.15409 of 2014, dated 13.11.2019, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
