The petitioner with an allegation that the orders of this Court in CRL.O.P.(MD)No.4258 of 2025 dated 07.03.2025 has not been complied with, has filed this contempt petition. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that the order of this Court has been complied with and they have closed the representation of the petitioner by advising him to workout his remedy before the civil Court. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this contempt petition is closed.
