It is stated by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the final report has been filed and the petitioners are figuring as accused in the final report also. Cognizance has been taken and it is presently pending for committal in P.R.C.No.6 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Vadamadurai. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this criminal original petition and it stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
