Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 3rd and 4th respondents not to interfere in the civil dispute thereby not to harass the petitioner and their family members under the guise of enquiry pertains to the petitioner's civil disputed property in the light of the pending suit in A.S.No.30/2005 and A.S.No.124/2007 on the file of the Pudukottai Sub Court in respect of the Survey Nos.199, 202, 138 1B situated at Kodikarambai Village, Aalangudi Taluk, Pudukottai District, within the stipulated time.

ORDER

The petitioner, with a grievance that the 3rd and 4th respondents are harassing him under the guise of enquiry, has filed this writ petition.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that one Santha has lodged a complaint as against the petitioner before the respondent police and the same was treated as petition enquiry in CSR No.272 of 2025. Subsequently, the petitioner's son Manikandan has lodged a complaint before the respondent Police and the same was also registered as petition 2/4

enquiry in CSR No.281 of 2025. Since it is a civil dispute between the parties, both the complaints have been closed advising the parties to workout their remedy before the civil forum. Therefore, the respondent Police is not harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. 08.07.2025 ogy NCC : Yes / No.
