2.It is seen that that petitioner has already filed civil suit for the very same cause of action. The petitioner shall pursue his remedy only in the pending civil suit. Filing the writ petition parallelly is not maintainable.

3.Permitting the petitioner to pursue her civil suit remedy, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
