ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Sub Court, Kovilpatti, Thoothukudi District, to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.215 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible within a time frame as stipulated by this Court.

2. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

The petitioner herein filed a petition in H.M.O.P.No.85 of 2023 against the respondent before the learned Family Judge, Trichy seeking divorce and the same was transferred to the Kovilpatti Sub Court by an order passed by this Court in Tr.C.M.P.(MD).No.478 of 2023, dated 20.03.2024 and renumbered as H.M.O.P.No.215 of 2024.

4. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

5. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petition in H.M.O.P.No.215 of 2024 is pending from the year 2024. Hence, he requests before this Court to dispose of the said petition within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

6. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Sub Judge, Kovilpatti, Thoothukudi District is directed to dispose of the petition in H.M.O.P.No.215 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible.
