This Writ Petition has been filed, seeking for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the file of the first respondent in G.O.(D)No.66, Public Works Department, dated 27.2.2015 and to quash the same and consequently to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to permit the Petitioner to retire from service together with all consequential benefits flowing therefrom.

3.Even though the Petitioner has challenged the suspension order dated 27.02.2015 passed by the first respondent, the learned counsel for the Petitioner verbally stated before this Court that the departmental action initiated may be completed within the time stipulated by this Court.
4.Taking note of the above submission, the respondents concerned is directed to expedite the enquiry on the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the Petitioner, not adjourning the matter beyond seven working days at any point of time and to complete the same in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment to do so.
6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
