ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed by the petitioners for anticipatory bail.

2.This matter was already referred to the Social Welfare Officer, for the purpose of conciliation. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that compromise has been reached between the parties and the petitioner agreed to live with the defacto complainant.

anticipatory bail that has been granted to the petitioner is extended throughout the course of investigation. If the petitioner finds any trouble during the course of enquiry, he can work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings.
