..Respondents Prayer : This petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus by directing the 3rd respondent to take appropriate action under the criminal law pursuant to the petitioner's complaint dated 02.10.2021 in the light of the dictum laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case of Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh and Ors. reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1 as expeditiously as possible within the time stipulation as prescribed by this Hon'ble Court. ORDER

This Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to take appropriate action under the criminal law pursuant to the petitioner's complaint dated 02.10.2021 in the light of the dictum laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case of Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh and Ors. reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1 as expeditiously as possible within the time stipulation as prescribed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, First Information Report came to be registered in Crime No. 220 of 2021.

4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
