This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to grant permission to install of Flex Boards and operate Sound system in the Malaiyandi Theatre, Usilampatti, Madurai District on account of New Film released namely, Theri" on 14.04.2016 based on the petitioner's representation dated 11.04.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. It is the case of the petitioner, a film is getting released on 14.04.2016, for which, the petitioner wants to erect flex board in Malaiyandi Theatre.

The learned Additional Government Pleader produced a complaint given by the Manager of Malaiyandi Theatre addressed to the Sub Inspector of Police, wherein, the Manager sought police protection for avoiding any untoward incident by the fans of the film star.
