ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.11 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent dated 30.10.2021 and quash the same insofar as the petitioner/Accused No.4 is concerned.

2. The petitioner herein is the accused in Crime No.11 of 2021, on the file of the first respondent. He said to have committed the offences under Section 7(a) of the PC Act (as amended in) Act 16 of 2018 r/w Section 102 of Cr.P.C. Thereafter, the investigating agency, after completion of investigation, final report has also been filed before the Special Court for Trial of Cases under Prevention of Corruption Act, Tirunelveli and the same was accepted.

3. Since after completion of the investigation, the charge sheet has already been filed in P.R.No.09 of 2021, dated 01.11.2021 and the same has been taken on file in Special Court for Trial of Cases under Prevention of Corruption Act, Tirunelveli, this criminal original petition is closed as no further order is required.
