ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court to direct the respondents to take immediate steps to recover and refund the amount Rs.1,50,000/- wrongly transferred to Account No.5707101007279 in Jharkhand.

2.The petitioner claims that on 27.09.2024, while transferring a sum of Rs.1,50,000/-, he has inadvertently mentioned the Account number 05 instead of 07 and therefore, the amount has been transferred to some un-authorized account. The petitioner has realized his mistake and he has given a request to the Bank to stop payment and the Bank has also issued necessary instructions to stop payment on 01.10.2024. The petitioner with a grievance that the private bank has not transferred the amount, has lodged a complaint before the second 2/4

respondent and filed this petition seeking direction to the second respondent to take action on his complaint.

3.The petitioner is having efficacious and alternative remedy either before the Consumer Court or before the Ombudsman. The second respondent Police has nothing to do with the same and therefore, this Court is not inclined to issue any direction. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his available remedies.
