O R D E R

The writ petitioner is in the verge of his retirement transferred from Thuraiyur to Jeyankondam and the same is under challenge in the present Writ Petition.

2. Though the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has raised several contentions in this Writ Petition, he confined his relief for a direction directing the respondents to consider the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P (MD) No. 18423 of 2021 case of the petitioner sympathetically by accommodating him in any nearby places that he is 59 years old facing several ailments and at this age, he was transferred from Thuraiyur to Jeyankondam.

3. In view of the limited relief sought for, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner sympathetically and shall accommodate the petitioner in any available vacancies nearby Thuraiyur.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
