ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 342, 427 1/4

and 506(i) I.P.C, in Crime No.45 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to previous motive between the petitioner and the defacto complainant, the petitioner scolded the defacto complainant using filthy language and threatened him with dire consequences. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted due to neighbour dispute, false complaint has been lodged by the defacto complainant.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit taht the petitioner is involved in 15 previous cases, in which, most of the cases are either assault, theft, damage, extra.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and considering the bad antecedent of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this anticipatory bail petition deserves dismissal and accordingly dismissed.
