2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner was arrested and released on bail in Cr.M.P.No.4607 of 2023 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai by the order dated 10.08.2023.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the matter has become unncessary. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as unnecessary.
