ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 341, 294(b), 379(NP) and 506(i) IPC and Section 4 of TNWH Act, in Crime No. 163 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners have tortured the Cows and taken into the van bearing Regn.No.KL 02 AM 7799 for selling, when the same was questioned by the defacto complainant, the petitioners have abused her in filthy languages and also threatened her with dire consequence. CRL OP(MD). No.15872 of 2022 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent and their names have been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioners having two previous cases in similar nature and the investigation of the case is pending.

5.Considering the serious nature of offence committed by petitioners that they have tortured the animals and that they have involved in previous cases in similar nature, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. sd/- 20/09/2022 / TRUE COPY / /09/2022 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
