ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the accused persons in C.C.No.58 of 2012, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram, seeking to quash the charge sheet wherein the petitioners are charged with the offences under Sections 147, 294(b), 341, 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC.

2. Pending trial, the parties have entered into a compromise wherein the defacto complainant had agreed for quashing of the charge sheet.

3. Today, the defacto complainant is present in-person and he acknowledges the fact that he had agreed for quashing of the charge sheet.

4. Considering the above said facts, charge sheet in C.C.No.58 of 2012, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram, is hereby quashed insofar as the petitioners are concerned. 2/4
