PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying this Court to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.60 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same as illegal.

ORDER

This petition is filed to quash the FIR registered in Crime No.60 of 2020, on the file of the first respondent.

2.On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that chargesheet was filed on 27.02.2023 and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.530 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli. The case is posted for appearance of the accused on 25.05.2023.

3.In view of the submission made by the prosecution and since the chargesheet was already filed, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
