ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to pay the outstanding amount of Rs.19,94,463.54/- to the A.1382, Virudhunagar District Consumer's Cooperative Wholesale Stores Limited within time frame, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 17.09.2021, 14.02.2025 and 13.05.2025.

The learned Counsel appearing for the respondents, on written instructions dated 26.07.2025, submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 13.05.2025 would be considered and appropriate action would be initiated if the petitioner submits the documents and all relevant bills to the respondents. He further stated that thereafter, the outstanding amount, as per the admissible bill amount, would be paid.
3. However, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that 2/5
the petitioner is entitled to more than Rs.19,00,000/-, whereas the communication issued by the respondents states that the petitioner is entitled only to Rs.7,00,000/-.
4. Since there is a dispute regarding the admitted amount, this Court cannot consider the factual matrix. Considering the rival submissions, this Court is directing the petitioner to submit a detailed calculation sheet along with the bill and other documents which he wants to rely upon. On such submission, the first respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If there is any undisputed amount, the same shall be paid at the earliest. As far as the disputed amount is concerned, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
5. With the above said directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
