This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction directing the respondents to bring back the mortal remains of the petitioner's husband Aandichamy - Passport No.T3693711, Aadhar No.5118 7512 7978 who is alleged to have died on 20.05.2022 at Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and further direct the respondents 1 to 10 to take immediate action and to recover and pay the petitioner's husband's salary, insurance money and other claims payable by the employer on his death. 2.As prayed for, the mortal of the petitioner's husband was expunged and handed over to the petitioner. Insofar as the salary of the petitioner's husband is concerned, it was recovered and handed over to the petitioner to the tune of Rs.43,725/-. 3/6

3.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
