PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to carry out survey, measurement and demarcation of boundaries of the property measuring to an extent of 30 cents comprised in Survey No. 1207/3 situated at Periyakalla Kattupuram Village, Palani Taluk, Dindigul District and also mutate the patta into the name of the petitioner by considering her application No. 2023/0105/13/341736 dated 05.05.2023 and the reminder dated 12.07.2023.
