ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.81 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent police station as against the petitioner is concerned.

2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that in this case, investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has already been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam on 26.10.2023 through e-filing No.STC C 202300036.

3.Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
