ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 22.08.2019.
2. The case of the petitioner is that he has taken out a Godown for general purpose and has also stored the articles viz., 336 bags of Moong and 16 bags of coriander and the said Godown was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P(MD).No.19006 of 2019 found locked on 08.07.2019. Therefore, he approached the landlord with regard to the above said locking and later came to know that the respondents have locked and has also taken away the articles worth about Rs.15,00,000/-. Based on the above said issue, he made a complaint that was not properly looked into.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the complaint has been given by the petitioner and the enquiry was undertaken in CSR.No.85 of 2019 by the second respondent. Later, it has been Transferred to District Crime Branch, Virudhunagar on 08.08.2019.
4. Since the complaint has been properly attended and transferred to District Crime Branch, Virudhunagar, the petitioner has to pursue the above said enquiry before that Branch.
5. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. No costs.
