O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking quashment of the FIR in Cr.No.170 of 2021 dated 22.10.2021 on the file of the respondent No.1 police. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation is completed and the action is dropped. Accordingly, Crime No.170 of 2021 has been closed and RCS notice was also served on the defacto complainant on 12.08.2022. 3.Since the very purpose of this filing this petition has already been fulfilled on account of the closure of the case, no further orders are required to be passed in this case. This Petition is dismissed as infructuous, accordingly. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
