Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry was undertaken in CP No.267 of 2021 and during the course of the enquiry, it was found that there is matrimonial dispute between the husband and wife. The third respondent has given undertaking to the effect that he will settlle the issue at the village level in the presence of elders.
