: Respondent/ Respondent / Plaintiff PRAYER:- This Civil Revision is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to call for the records relating to the order and decreetal passed by the learned Principal District Judge, Tirunelveli District in Tr.O.P.No. 7 of 2020 in O.S.No. 33 of 2013, dated 09.12.2020 and set aside the same and consequently, withdraw the suit in O.S.No. 33 of 2013 from the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Valliyoor, Tirunelveli District and to transfer the same to some other Court within the jurisdiction of Tirunelveli District.

ORDER

This revision is directed against the order passed in Tr.O.P.No. 7 of 2020 in O.S.No. 33 of 2013, dated 09.12.2020 on the file of the Principal District Court, Tirunelveli.

2. The revision petitioners by alleging some charges against the then Judicial Officer, who was Presiding in Sub Court, Valliyoor, has filed the above Transfer OP and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be dismissed.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the Officer was already transferred and joined in the new station. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Considering the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
