ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the 3rd respondent not to interfere into the civil matter pertaining to property bearing S.F.No.42/4 situated at Ollanoor Village, Manamelkudi Taluk, Pudukottai District.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in respect of the land dispute in S.F.No.42/4 is situated in Ollanoor Village, Manamelkudi Taluk, Pudukottai District, civil proceedings has been initiated and those proceedings have been ended against the petitioner. Now second appeal in S.A.(MD). No.sr49278 of 2021 was presented before this Court and during the pendency of the above said proceedings, the fourth respondent has given a complaint, upon which the second respondent is harassing the petitioner. Hence, the present petition has been filed. 1/3

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based upon the complaint given by the fourth respondent, enquiry has been undertaken in CSR.No.352 of 2021 and during the course of enquiry, both parties had given an undertaking to resolve the dispute in the pending proceedings. Based upon which, it was closed on 11.09.2021.

4.Since the complaint given by the fourth respondent has been closed, harassment at the hands of the second respondent may not exists.

5.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the closure report and statement given by the parties, this criminal original petition is disposed of as infructuous. Sd/- Assistant Registrar (CS I) // True Copy // / /2021 Sub Assistant Registrar(CS) TM Note :
