ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family on the instructions inducement and compulsion of the respondents 3 to 5 forthwith.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is history sheeted rowdy element and he is detained under Act.14 and he is having so many criminal cases. The petitioner is called by the respondent police for enquiry and to get bond and now he is absconding and the police is unable to serve summons on the petitioner.

3. In view of the same, this Court find no merits in the petition and the petition is liable to the dismissed.
