When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would 1/4

submit that pursuant to the direction issued by this Court, the respondent passed an order on 07.08.2025 in his proceeding in Pa.Mu.Aa4/4117/2025 granting patta for 45 sq. mt., of property in S.No. 307/1B in Nandhikundu Village in favour of the petitioner and the said order was also implemented by the Tahsildar, Kariyapatti in his proceeding in Na.Ka.(A6)/2923/2025. The learned Additional Government Pleader further submits that as per the order passed by the respondent and the consequential order passed by the Tahsildar, Kariyapatti, necessary uploading will be done in digital records within a period of two (2) weeks.

2. Recording the statement made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, this Contempt Petition is closed.
