ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking quashment of Crime No.355 of 2021 on the file of the Palani Adivaram Police Station, Dindigul District, dated 19.08.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State on instructions, submitted that on the complaint given by the complainant, investigation was conducted. After completion of investigation, final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani, Dindigul District, and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.22 of 2022. Further, the said C.C.No.22 of 2022 was quashed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.5283 of 2022 by the order dated 22.03.2023.
