Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. All that the petitioner wants is that the first respondent should dispose of the petition mentioned representation.

3. No exception can be taken to the said request. The first respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the first respondent to pass order one way or other. Interested persons shall be put on notice.
