ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and the requisition letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tirunelveli vide the letter in D.No.327 dated 30.04.2021, this Court made the following order.

This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in C.C.No.24 of 2012. 2.This Court has already dismissed the Criminal Original Petition, by order dated 18.10.2019 and directed the Court below to dispose of the case in C.C.No.24 of 2012, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Now, the Court below requests further time of four months to dispose of the said case.
