2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petition in R.L.T.O.P.No.3 of 2020 is filed on 24.02.2020. However, the respondent herein is dragging on the proceedings by getting unnecessary adjournments. Therefore, she approached this Court seeking a direction for early disposal of R.L.T.O.P.No.3 of 2020.

3. Considering the fact that though R.L.T.O.P.No.3 of 2020 has been filed in the year 2020, the same is still pending for the past two years, this Court directs the learned Principal District Munsif, Pudhukkottai, to dispose of R.L.T.O.P.No.3 of 2020, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
