ORDER
This petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner on the basis of the representation dated 21.09.2021. 2.It appears that because of the family property dispute between the parties, two cases have been registered. One in Crime No.233 of 2021, which was registered under Section 174 of Cr.P.C and later altered to 302 IPC. In that First Information Report, R11 is the accused. Similarly, in respect of Crime No.258 of 2021, was registered against R5. So, based on the above said continuous occurrences, it appears that the representation has been made by the petitioner seeking police protection.
3.Since there is already two occurrences had happened, enquiry be conducted by the first respondent herein on the representation made by the petitioner by summoning the petitioner as well as the private respondents, and if there is any life threat exists, the official respondents shall take further steps by providing police protection to the petitioner. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed.
