ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C to change the investigating officer in Crime No.82 of 2019 on the file of the third respondent in order to expedite the investigation.

2.Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the investigation in Crime No.82 of 2019 has already been completed and charge sheet also been made ready on 08.01.2020. His further contention is that though it was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam, the said charge sheet has not been taken on file.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15349 of 2020 3.In the circumstances, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam is directed to number the final report, if it is in order.

4.With the above observations, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
