ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 420 of I.P.C., in Crime No.Not Known of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the issue has been amicably settled. On the other hand, the respondent police submitted a report indicating that the de-facto complainant has informed the police that he would workout his remedy through the Court of law. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the intervenor states that the issue is yet to be resolved. I therefore, direct the de-facto complainant and other affected persons to appear before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent police on 10.09.2019 at 10.30 a.m. The specific allegation made in the First Information Report is that the accused induced the victims to part substantial sums of money and promised to send them abroad for overseas employment. It is specifically alleged that fake visas were issued. If that be so, it is not a matter that can be buried. When the allegation is to effect that the fake visas were issued, the police will have to take a serious note of it. Therefore, the Superintendent of Police, Kanyakumari District is directed to appoint some other investigation officer to investigate the complaint.

5.Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
