This revision petition is filed to set aside the fair and decretal order dated 06.04.2022 passed in I.A.No.56 of 2022 in O.S.No.19 of 2018 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Arantangi.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On considering the submissions of the learned counsel and perusing the materials, this Courts is not inclined to interfere with the order dated 06.04.2022 passed in I.A.No.56 of 2022 in O.S.No.19 of 2018 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Arantangi. However, the petitioner is at liberty to establish his case that the property stands in the name of the plaintiff is the joint family property during his argument.
