Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. PRABHU.K, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Govt. Advocate (CRL Side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No.14605 of 2021 dated 29.09.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the complainant in this case himself is the respondent police and he is harassing the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner is facing difficulty in complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14605 of 2021, dated 29.09.2021 is modified. Hence, the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.3, Thanjavur, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.8377 of 2021 Thanjavur District, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
