ORDER

Seeking to direct respondents to conduct an enquiry and to take appropriate action based on the petitioner's complaint dated 12.06.2026, this writ petition is filed.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Inspector of Police and the Sub Inspector of Police, Seethaparpanallur Police Station, are dealing with the matter communally and had filed an affidavit in this regard.

3. In view of the same, considering the petitioner's affidavit, this Court is of the considered view that the matter should be investigated with a proper police officer.

4. Hence, the Deputy Superintendent of Police (Rural) Tirunelveli is suo motu impleaded as the 4th respondent. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title. 2/5

5. The petitioner's complaint is directed to be enquired into by the 4th respondent by putting the petitioner as well as the proposed accused on notice under Section 64 BNSS. The second respondent is directed to monitor the enquiry to be undertaken by the 4th respondent. It is made clear that the petitioner should not be harassed by any of the officers in caste lines.
