PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to conduct appropriate enquiry on merits and in accordance with law upon petitioner's representation dated 11.03.2024 and to issue separate patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of an extent of Hec.0.51.0 ares situate in survey No.291/5 of Vengur Village, Thiruverumbur Taluk, Trichirappalli District within time frame fixed by this Court.

The above writ petition has been filed for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to conduct an enquiry on merits and in accordance with law upon the petitioner's representation dated 11.03.2024 and to issue separate patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of S.No.291/5 at Vengur Village, Thiruverumbur Taluk, Trichirappalli District within time frame fixed by this Court.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's representation will 2/5
