ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed, seeking to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.06.2024, which was precisely made by the petitioner, requiring the second respondent to lock and seal the V.V. Tower Complex, run by his brother, fourth respondent. 2.Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the entire materials available on record.

3.When the matter was called up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent drew my attention to the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.18915 of 2019 dated 26.04.2024, wherein this Court has disposed of the aforesaid Writ Petition, recording the written communication submitted by the Tahsildar of Nilakottai, reporting before this Court that the said V.V.Lodge is already under lock and seal. Certain shops are functioning in the said premises. 4.In the instant case, the petitioner has made a representation to lock and seal the existing shops as well.

5.The learned counsel for the fourth respondent further submitted that for the purpose of running the lodge, the licence is a mandatory 2/4

requirement. However, for conduct of shop in the said premises, the payment of building assessment tax to the competent authority would suffice and he has duly paid the building tax from time to time with respect to the said building and he is no more running the Lodge. 6.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
