Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SARANYA D, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Govt. Advocate (CRL Side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition in paragraph 6(b) the petitioner shall stay at Trichy and report before the Trichy Court Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.12735 of 2021, before this Court dated 06.09.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.14467 of 2021, dated 06.09.2021, the petitioner has appeared before the Trichy Court Police Station regularly. He would further submit that the petitioner is residing in Thanjavur District and it will cause great hardship to the petitioner to report before the Trichy Court Police Station.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14467 of 2021, dated 06.09.2021 is modified. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
