R.Ravichandran has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to take on file the Revision Petition and Interim Stay Application dated 08.12.2015 filed by him against the order in ROC.No.L.1/1538/2015, dated 09.11.2015, passed by the 2nd respondent and the order in Ni.Mu.No.21657/2014/C1 dated 22.12.2014, passed by the 3rd respondent and dispose of the same within a time frame, after giving due opportunity to the petitioner in accordance with law. 2.Considering the limited relief sought for, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent/Revisional Authority under Tamil Nadu Cinema (Regulation) Act 1957 and the Principal Secretary to Government, Fort St.George, Chennai, to pass orders on the Revision Petition and Interim Stay Application dated 08.12.2015 filed by the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
