ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8807 of 2025 dated 21.05.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition only for 10 days.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.O.P(MD).No.8807 of 2025 dated 21.05.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent police, weekly twice i.e., on every Monday and Thursday at 10.30 am., until further orders.
