RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.3 Tirunelveli on all Working day at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.2116/2023 dated 15.02.2023 in Crime No.219/2022 on the file of the respondent police.

Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MS. SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI.K, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2116 of 2023 on 28.04.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation has been completed, final report was filed and the same was taken cognizance in S.C.No.166 of 2023 by the learned Principal District Judge, Tirunelveli. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2116 of 2023 on 28.04.2023 is
