The petitioner gave a representation dated 28.07.2022 for measuring the Periyapathai Odai @ Mattupathai Odai in S.Nos.162 and 163 Ramapattinam Pudur, Sinthal Vadanpatti Village, Oddanchathiram Taluk, Dindigul District and has thereafter filed the present public interest litigation with the aforesaid prayer. 2.Mr.K.Rajasekaran, Deputy Block Development Officer, Oddanchathiram Panchayat Union, Dindigul District. 2/4

3. In the opinion of this Court, measurement of the Odai etc. are purely to be done by the executive and this Court cannot issue a direction as prayed for by the petitioner. Hence, we find no public interest in the same and therefore, the same is dismissed. No costs.
